Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your subscription to Illumines AI at any time. Upon cancellation, you will be moved back to our free tier, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the subscription features until that time.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in cases where we are unable to process your payment and upgrade you to the appropriate subscription tier. If your payment is unsuccessful or we are unable to process it for any reason, we will issue a refund for that billing period.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations requested after the payment has been successfully processed for a given billing cycle.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

• Log in to your Illumines AI account.
• Go to the Billing or Subscription section in your account settings.
• Select the Cancel Subscription option.
• Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
